COMPOSITE FLEXIBLE HOSES

Composite hose is the most efficient solution to the needs of fluid transport in the chemical and petrochemical industries, as well as in the service and transportation sectors. Traditional materials (rubber or PVC) cannot guarantee safety when handling more or less aggressive substances, at different temperatures, even high temperatures, and sometimes challenging pressure conditions. Reinforced plastics, and composite materials in particular, represent the best solution for a wide range of practical situations. It is made of various combinations of polypropylene and polyester films and fabrics impregnated with special abrasion-resistant thermoplastic materials. The different layers of film and fabric are not glued together or vulcanized, but simply locked between the two spirals; the internal spiral pushes towards the external, while the external spiral blocks the various layers between them towards the internal.
