COMPOSITE HOSE FLEXCHEM-PPZ

The FLEXCHEM-PPZ composite hose is constructed from multiple layers of polypropylene and polyester films and fabrics, wound between an internal polypropylene-coated steel helix and an external galvanized steel helix. The cover consists of polyester fabrics impregnated with special thermoplastics resistant to abrasion, weathering, light, UV rays and ozone.

The polypropylene inner layer makes it extremely flexible and lightweight, suitable for suction and delivery of chemical products. VR-FLEXCHEM PPZ is recommended for the transfer and/or suction of a wide range of chemical products compatible with polypropylene and stainless steel, for use in tank trucks, railcars or ground storage tanks, where flexibility and low weight are essential.
