CHEMIFLEX-16-SF

CHEMIFLEX-16-SF hose is the SUPERFLEXIBLE version and is equipped with an internal spiral of our standard CHEMIFLEX-16 model; it is specifically designed for suction and delivery of acids, bases, aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones, aldehydes and esters.

Also used for food products, vegetable, animal and alcoholic products. Suitable for use in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS


  • UNDERLAYER Smooth white UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene), anti-abrasive, and food-grade according to FDA requirements and EUROPEAN FOOD regulations.
  • REINFORCEMENTS Metal spiral incorporated between high-strength synthetic fiber plies and a copper wire to ensure dissipation of static electricity
  • COVERIn black EPDM rubber compound (R < 10⁶ Ohm) resistant to abrasion, weathering and ozone.
