SWIVEL JOINT

The swivel joints are used in systems where is required a torsional rotation between two lines.

SWIVEL JOINT 90°

The flow of incoming and outgoing occurs with an offset of 90 ° with respect to the horizontal axis of the joint.

Available in both carbon steel and stainless steel AISI 316 in sizes from ¼ "to 2"

The rotation of the coupling takes place on the axis of the bearing mounted in the coupling supported by sliding rollers. The bearing balls can be easily lubricated using a greaser device mounted on the body of the joint.

Sealing is ensured by O-Rings and for this reason, the rotation can not exceed 5 to 10rpm.

The design of a robust construction allows the use of the joints at high working pressures ranging to a maximum of 350 bar for the joints up to 1 "(5000psi) and 150 bar maximum for larger joints (2100psi).

The use temperatures mainly depending on the type of seal mounted NBR, Viton, PTFE.

The BSPP threads are standard but you can request to run a different thread as NPT, UNF, BSP JIC.
