BALL QUICK COUPLING

"AS" QUICK DISCONNECT COUPLINGS

"AS" quick disconnect coupling are suitable for installation on hydraulic and pneumatic plants.

They have a check valve incorporated both in the adaptor and in the coopler.

When the "AS" in disconnected, the valves are closed. This avoids the leakage of fluids.

TV QUICK COUPLING

The TV quick couplings are made of AISI 304 to ensure a good compromise between quality and cost.


The male part is subjected to the thermal treatment of the surface nitrocarburizing QPQ which improves the characteristics of mechanical / physical properties of the steel (resistance to wear, corrosion, at yield). Are also made of carbon steel for hydraulic applications in steel mills.
 

ISO A BALL

The ISO A quick release couplings is manufactured according to ISO 7241-1 which guarantees the interchangeability on the international market.

With a single-acting ring nut is possible to make a quick connection and un-connection between male and female.

They are made both in stainless steel and in galvanized carbon steel with NPT and BSP threads in sizes from ¼ " to 2"

Withstand operating pressures between 90 and 400 bar depending on the diameter of the coupling.

They are mainly used in steel mills and hydraulic systems.
 

ISO B BALL

The ISO B quick release couplings is manufactured according to ISO 7241-1 which guarantees the interchangeability on the international market.

With a single-acting ring nut is possible to make a quick connection and un-connection between male and female.

They are made in AISI 316 with NPT and BSP threads in sizes from ¼ " to 2"

Gasket are the standard EPDM - NBR - VITON or for special application Silicon (food) KARLEZ (temperatures up to 300 °C), FEP (Viton or Silicone coated PTFE) and PTFE (particularly resistant at aggressive products).


Withstand operating pressures between 90 and 400 bar depending on the diameter of the coupling.

They are mainly used in all types of plants, from chemical to petrochemical, hydraulic, steelworks for the transport of a variety of products ranging from the air and water in highly aggressive fluids.
